Peer Review Process
The peer review process at Journal of Accounting and Management ( JAM ) is designed to ensure the scientific quality of the articles published and to maintain the integrity and credibility of the journal. The following outlines the peer review process:

Authors submit their articles through the JAM online submission system.

The editor conducts an initial check to ensure the article’s alignment with the journal’s focus and scope and compliance with the submission guidelines.

Initial Selection by the Editor:

The editor assesses the article’s academic quality, topic relevance, and adherence to the writing guidelines.

If the article passes the initial screening, it is forwarded to reviewers.

Assignment of Reviewers:

Accepted articles are assigned to two or more reviewers who are experts in the article's topic.

Reviewers provide feedback on the article's strengths, weaknesses, and scientific quality.

Peer Review Process:

The peer review process is conducted anonymously (blind review), where both the authors' and reviewers' identities are kept confidential.
